Mr. Alexander Essel is the Managing Partner of MSI, a wireless system integration and project management company Illinois and Ghana. Mr. Essel has over 20 years experience in product lifecycle management, project management, systems engineering, distribution of wireless telecommunication systems, and information technology. Mr. Essel is a graduate of the Illinois Institute of Technology, with a B.Sc in Electrical Engineering – Armour College Engineering, MBA from the Illinois Institute Technology – Stuart School of Business, and holds Masters in Global Business Project Management from the George Washington University. Mr. Essel serves on the Board of Directors of Croixco Construction U.S.A and active member Bartlett Rotary Club.

Mr. Asa-Eck is a Partner of Maridian Solutions, and the CEO of Trans Ghana Communications Limited. A private telecommunications service provider based in Accra, Ghana. He has over 25 years of experience in the distribution of telecommunications systems in the Sub-Sahara Africa. Mr. Asa-Eck is a graduate of the University of Science and Technology, Ghana. Mr. Asa-Eck is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Trans Ghana Communications Limited, and is a member of the Board of Directors of Maridian Solutions.

Mr. Henry Kwasi Prempeh-Eck is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Lex-Eck Consult. A legal consulting Firm registered to provide legal consultancy services, company secretarial support and training in legal, banking, financial and labor issues. Mr. Henry Kwasi Prempeh-Eck is a graduate of the University Ghana (legon), and a legal practitioner with over twenty years of experience. He is a member of Ghana Bar Association and the International Bar Association. Mr. Henry Kwasi Prempeh-Eck experienced in providing legal services to some embassies in Ghana, international NGO, financial and non-financial institutions. Lex-Eck’s primary objective is to produce work to the highest standard through careful research and international best practice with the view to satisfying our clients and to ensure that our work output meets the relevant needs of our clients.
